Melbourne Day 1:

After arriving in melbourne early friday morning, we were able to immediately check-in to our beautiful hotel and commence our day of shopping and cafe hopping!

After devouring an amazing first breakfast at Cummulus Inc, we braced the cold and had a lovely afternoon getting lost in the city and engaging in a little too much retail therapy!

We then caught the tram to beachside suburb St Kilda to indulge in some tapas and wine before seeing our forever favourite Dean Geyer perform at the Prince Bandroom!

Melbourne Day 2:

\

Melbourne day two commenced with a delciious brunch at That Place!
WIth the help of a lovely waitress, we planned the rest of our weekend over poached eggs and the yummiest banana and blueberry smoothies ever!

Adhering to her expert advice, we then hopped on a tram to Chapel St for an entire day of, yep more shopping.

After giving our bank accounts a sufficient work out, we stopped for a froyo (or four!) at Tasti-D Lite!
The day finished off with an amazing mexican fiesta at Fonda Windsor followed by a night out in the city exploring Melbourne's clubs and bars!

Melbourne Day 3:

After a lazy morning relaxing around the pool and gym, day three saw us sadly packing our bags and checking out of the lovely Crown Metropol.

Since our scheduled plane was not until 8:30pm, our Sunday morning consisted of a leisurely stroll along the the river and some yummy brunch at bagel cafe Manchester Press.

We then ventured off for yet another day of boutiques and cafes at Brunswick St, which we thought closely resembled Sydney's Newtown!

Some cute cocktails at rooftop bar Madame Brussells was the perfect way to end the day and reflect upon our trip as a whole!

Overall, Melbourne is the most perfect girls weekend away, and functioned as a fabulous form of escapism from  thinking about our upcoming uni finals (oops!)
