Sugar Free Chocolate Study Balls! 

In my opinion, there is a very significant correlation between studying and hunger. It seems that every time I sit at my desk with the motive to get an assessment finished or study for an upcoming exam, I receive uncontrollable urges to eat. Whilst I regularly try to combat this desire by drinking stupid amounts of tea, sometimes infused water just doesn't cut it!
SO I invented these little amazing balls of amazingness as the perfect study treat! 

Ingredients
1 x tbsp of sugar free drinking chocolate 
1 x cup of quick oats
1 x tbsp of shredded coconut 
2x tbsp of rice malt syrup (golden syrup works well too) 

Method
1. Place all the aforementioned ingredients together in a blender, food processor or vitamix!




2. Blend until dough becomes sticky (you may have to add some more syrup if mixture is stil a little dry)



3. roll into balls with your hands


4. refrigerate for at least 10 minutes!
